Coach Flea
Navy SEAL John Fletcher leads the dry land training and helps kids learn the basic athletic movement patterns as well as focus on bulding a foundation of strength and endurance to improve agility balance and core stability and help prevent injury.
Each Session is 3 Weeks

Pay for 1 session - 150.00
Pay for 2 sessions - 125.00 ea
Pay for 3 sessions - 100.00 ea
Pay as you go: $20 per session (please bring a check made out to: Amphibious Adventures)

Mon/Wed - Dry Land training
Tues/Thurs - Pool training
Friday - Coaches Choice
